Services

Most marketers work with whatever audio file they're handed. We make the records too — so if a track doesn't fit short-form, we rebuild the section instead of spending your budget finding out it doesn't work.

Artist consult
One hour, straight answers. The easiest place to start.

Price

$200 / 60 min

How it works

  • You book a slot and send your questions ahead of the call
  • We prepare before we speak — your catalogue, your numbers, your questions
  • On the call you get direct answers, not a sales pitch

Because the prep happens beforehand, the hour goes on answers rather than getting up to speed. You come with the questions you've been stuck on and leave with a position on each one.

After booking: send your questions, links and anything you want me to review to Roman@vyrallcollective.com. I want to come prepared, so the more context I have before the call, the more useful the hour will be.

Typical questions

  • Which record should lead, and why
  • Where the current release is losing people
  • What to spend on first with the budget you have
  • Whether an idea is worth doing at all

Terms

Paid upfront. Credited toward any service booked within 30 days.

Scoped to the release and the budget. Book a call and we'll put together what makes sense for yours.

What makes this different

Anyone can buy views. We build the trend the record lands in — and that starts with knowing exactly who it's for.

Before a single post goes out we go deep on the audience: who already listens to music like yours, what they watch, what they make content about, which communities they live in and what emotional register they respond to. The trend gets engineered around that, not guessed at.

Two kinds of campaign

Sound-led — the goal is the record travelling. Content built around the audio, seeded for mass on the sound, measured in creations and organic pickup.

Artist-led — the goal is how the artist is perceived. Fan pages carrying the artist's world, narrative work around release moments, talking points amplified through creators rather than announced in a press release.

The exact configuration depends on which one you need. Pricing is the same either way — only the mix changes.

What runs

  • Deep audience analysis — real listeners of comparable artists, segmented by context rather than demographics
  • Fan page network — pages built and grown around your music, or your existing pages put to work. Each with its own identity, angle and rhythm. Pages that look like a network don't work; pages that look like people do.
  • All content on our side — edits, memes, slideshows, text-led formats
  • Volume through partner networks — third-party placement that builds enough mass on a sound for the platform to register it as something happening
  • Narrative — the first comment under a video shapes how everyone reads it. We work the conversation around release moments instead of waiting to see where it lands.
  • Sound preparation — cut versions and sped-up edits indexed as their own sounds, done by a producer

Your involvement

You don't shoot anything, you don't post, and you don't have to appear in any of it unless you want to. Plenty of artists do want to be in the content — if that's you, we build around it. The point is that it's your choice rather than a daily obligation.

Week 1

Audience analysis. Audio prepared. Communities identified and the trend designed around them.

Week 2

First wave live across the network. Formats tested against each other.

Week 3

What missed gets dropped. Volume moves toward what landed.

Week 4

Scale into what works. Month report.

Reported weekly

  • Creates using the sound — and how many we didn't pay for
  • Retention, completion, saves
  • Listener and Shazam movement 48–72h after each spike
  • Cost per create

Organic creates outpacing paid ones is the number that decides everything. When it happens, we scale. When it doesn't, we change direction rather than spending more into the same place.

Minimum two months

Pages take weeks to warm, and a sound needs several waves before you can tell whether it moves on its own.

Why this exists

Thousands of records come out every day and most of them sound fine. Fine isn't the problem — being indistinguishable is. Nobody builds a relationship with an artist they can't tell apart from four others.

This is the work of becoming impossible to confuse with anyone else: what you stand for, what you look like, what people say about you when you're not in the room. Promotion amplifies whatever is already there. If there's nothing distinct underneath, you're paying to amplify noise.

Our job is to find what's genuinely singular about you, multiply it, and build everything else around it.

Terms

Three weeks. Half to start, half on delivery. Execution is separate — run it yourself, hand it to your team, or bring it back to us.

The process

  1. Long-form interviewHours, not minutes. Where you're from, what you actually think, what you're afraid of putting in the music. This is where the material comes from — it can't be researched.
  2. Deep analyticsYour numbers and the market around them. Who's listening now, who's listening to artists like you, what's working in the lane and what's saturated.
  3. Audience avatarsSpecific people, not demographics. What they watch, what they wear, what they post, what they're feeling when they reach for music like yours.
  4. Artist development & art directionPositioning, visual identity, recurring motifs, the recognisable elements. What the covers look like, what the videos are, what you say and don't say.
  5. Marketing & promo planThe release calendar, content angles per avatar, PR angles worth building or borrowing, budget allocation with decision points at each stage.
Production
Records built by someone who's made hits and knows why they worked.

Price

from $1,500

Who's making it

Platinum producer and marketing strategist with records for DJ Khaled, Future, Travis Scott, Key Glock and more.

Hits aren't accidents. There are structural reasons a record travels — where the hook sits, how fast it arrives, what happens in the first three seconds, what the section people cut out actually is. We know what those reasons are because we've been in the room, and we build them in on purpose.

What you get

  • Full production, or reworking a record you already have
  • Sections rebuilt for short-form where the current cut doesn't hold
  • Sped-up and alternate versions prepared as separate sounds
  • Mix and master

Included at no cost

Every production comes with a release plan + consultation — what to lead with, when to put it out, which section to build content around, how the rollout should be sequenced, and a one-on-one call to walk through the plan together. Most producers hand you a file. You get the record, the plan and the thinking behind it.

Terms

Quoted per record. Exclusive rights and split arrangements discussed case by case.

Fees cover the work. Media budget — creator payments, posting and ad spend — is separate, quoted before anything runs, and reported line by line. Nothing is bundled.

Music × Culture × Brands

For bigger releases and partnerships where the job is not just promotion — it is creating the idea, the world around it, and the campaign people remember.

Campaign ideas, rollout systems and artist × brand concepts developed with the bigger picture in mind.

Creative direction & rollouts
Campaign concepts and full release worlds for artists, labels and brands.

What this is

Bring us the artist, the release or the brand brief. We develop the central campaign idea and turn it into a rollout system — or plug into an existing creative team and build it together.

The goal is not another content calendar. It is a campaign with a recognisable idea that can live across music, visuals, culture, physical activations and brand partnerships.

What we can build

  • Campaign concept — the central idea people can understand, repeat and remember
  • Rollout architecture — how the story unfolds before, during and after release
  • Release world & narrative — recurring motifs, moments, language and cultural hooks
  • Brand integrations — partnerships designed as part of the idea rather than added on top
  • Visual & art direction — campaign language across covers, video, digital and physical touchpoints
  • Activations & stunts — launch moments, installations, collectibles and real-world ideas
  • Content concepts — formats and executions built around the campaign rather than filler

How we work

Available as the creative lead for a full rollout, for campaign concept development only, or as part of an existing label, management or brand team.

Project scope

Quoted per project. Scope can range from a focused creative sprint to full campaign direction and execution.

Brand partnerships
Artist × brand partnerships built around the creative fit first.

How it works

We start with the idea, not the logo placement. Vyrall develops a partnership concept around the artist, identifies brands where the fit is real, and activates a partner network for sourcing and deal conversations.

Once a partnership is secured, we can stay on as creative lead and turn the deal into a campaign that makes sense for both the artist and the brand.

What we handle

  • Partnership concept — why the artist and brand should work together in the first place
  • Brand fit & research — categories and partners that strengthen the artist rather than dilute them
  • Pitch development — concept, deck, campaign logic and the commercial story
  • Partner network — sourcing and deal conversations through specialist partners where relevant
  • Creative direction — turning the partnership into an actual campaign after the deal closes

Success fee

10% of partnership value secured through Vyrall

No success fee is due on partnerships we did not source or help secure.

Creative work

Creative direction, production and campaign execution are scoped and quoted separately from the success fee.
